This policy covers your legal liability for Bodily Injury to your employee(s) under the Employee Compensation Act 2010 and legal expenses for such claims, including reasonable legal expenses arising in the cause of their employment with your organisation during the period of insurance.

The limit of indemnity is unlimited, however it is determined by the employee’s level of income.
